The first photo book of the master, Narahara Ichitaka, was published by the Kashima Research Institute Press in May 1967, 55 years ago.
The design is Kohei Sugiura.The name of Katsui Miyu is also credit.

Narahara, who first traveled to Europe in 1962, was taken during a three -year -old stay in Europe, which was not regarded as orthodox at the time, such as high contrast, fisheye lens, collage, long exposure, and special processing.Various techniques are being used.

Narahara, who was steadily evaluated as a photographer due to the early representative work, announced as a [first photo book], which was based on this work.
This photo book, woven by monochrome and color, and a total of 135 points, is different from so -called European travel, and from Narahara’s unique perspective, not only the European in front of you as a reality, but also Japanese.I think it is a picture of it as a scenery.

This photo book, which is said to have pros and cons at the time of the announcement, such as the trends of the times, shooting techniques, etc., won the Award for the Minister of Education, the Minister of Education, the Daily Art Award, and the Japan Photographic Critics Association Award.It can be said that it has become a masterpiece of Narahara Kazutaka in both name and reality.
However, after that, the out -of -print status continued to this day, and even if a part of the recorded works could be appreciated at exhibitions, etc., there are some books that can be said to be special, so it will be resold to this day as a [book].There was nothing.

This time, with the cooperation of Narahara Ichitaka Kazutaka Nara Hara’s copyright management, we are particular about the new page configuration that makes use of the pagination at the time, the ease of opening as a photo book, and the easy to pick up.The new version of the book is re -summary is the “European, Still Still Time of Time Has Stopped”.
